Yes, we certainly do have a Standard Contract but it is not like what the other Contractors are following. In fact, our Contract Format is more detailed, self explanatory and we prefer not to leave any Terms & Conditions to be decided in the future. Our Contract leaves no space for possibility of any future dispute. There are no hidden Terms & Conditions at all in the said Contract Format
Once the Contract is signed & the Work awarded, we organize a ‘Kick- Off’ Meeting with the Client to finalize all the deliverable items and the Client’s expectations. We then undertake a Detailed Survey of the Plot of Land to check the Elevations & Dimensions. On the basis of this data and the Execution Drawings, we carry out the Structural Detailing to fix the dimensions & reinforcement details of RCC Beams & Columns. We simultaneously prepare a Detailed Project Management Plan with timelines etc. In addition to this, we also prepare a 3- D Model of the Building so that the Client is sure about the kind of look the building is going to have. We only start the work once every detail & specification has been decided on papers.
Certainly; and it is not just regular; in fact, it is done on a daily basis. A qualified Construction Supervisor is available on the Site every day while all the important activities like Reinforced Cement Concrete Work, Checking of Reinforcement Bars, Water Proofing related activities etc. are done in the presence of a Senior Level Professional. In addition to this, each and every specification is monitored by Senior Engineers regularly.
We decide a mutually agreed Timeline for the Construction Work and it is our utmost priority to complete the work within that duration. However, successful on- time delivery is also dependent upon a regular & smooth cash flow from the Client’s side. To sum up, with fair and logical support from the Client, we deliver the Projects well within the agreed time period.
Yes; provided that the House to be constructed has a minimum Covered Area of 3000.00 Square Feet
Yes, but only in case the Construction has been carried out by us on a Turnkey ‘With Material’ basis. The Warranty Terms and Conditions are a part of our Standard Contract Format ?
We install a CC Camera at the work site and provide live access to the Client so that good quality & speed of execution can be assured.
We have a Team of Architects, Planners and experienced Civil Engineers who are well conversant with the relevant Regulations & the Bye- Laws who take care of all these compliances.
A comprehensive Payment Plan is something that we formulate in the very beginning after thorough discussions & mutual agreement with the Client. This Plan is then included as a part of the Contract signed with the Client.
No, in fact our Prices might appear to be a notch higher than those of our competitors. But that is only because we believe in taking out a neat & clean profit without any shady practice like lowering the Quality or compromising with the safety of the Building. With us, you get what you pay for and there are no hidden costs that you usually need to pay to the other Contractors once your House Construction Project reaches an intermediate or advanced stage.
Though we do not provide the loan facilitation ourselves, we would definitely help & assist you in finding the right financing institution suiting your specific requirements
Boundary Wall, Paving/ Tiling of open areas, Rain Water Harvesting System, Furnishing, Electrical Accessories etc. are a few things the rates for which are negotiated separately
